The sand suction dredger, also known as sand dredging ship, is designed and manufactured with steel construction, non self-propelled model, dis-mountable type which is able to dredge both in the coastal area and inland rivers.
The sand suction dredger could be used to excavate and transport cohesive sediment below the class III specification in code for “dredging engineering construction technical specification” issued by Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R.China.
The sand suction dredger consists of a main pontoon and two side pontoons. The construction makes disassemble quickly and easier to transport by road, rail or sea, it is also more convenient to replace at site. Engine and dredging pump are on the main pontoon. Side pontoons could be used as oil storage tank, ballast tank and dry cabin.
The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed with 360 degree view. All the operation buttons, switches, indicators, gauges are equipped on the control desk. Only two operators can control the dredger in the operation room.
Four layers anti-corrosive marine paint provides the zinc anode protection to improve effect of corrosion for the sand suction dredger.

After the customer purchases, we will send the installation and operation manual, and the installation is very simple, because the important parts have been assembled before leaving our factory, and the customer just needs to fix the main pontoon and the side pontoons with bolts on wotk site.
Since Philippines customer has seen many of our products videos, he have a high degree of trust in us, and he also recognize the 10 inch sand suction dredger. Therefore, a few days after the Chinese New Year, the customer has already paid the deposit, hoping to complete the production sooner. In this way, the 10 inch sand suction dredger could bring him more wealth.
After 20 days, we completed the production according to the contract. After the customer received the test video, he was very satisfied with the whole. He paid the balance in time, so we arranged the transportation with the help of the freight forwarder. After 15 days, the customer successfully cleared customs in Manila.
