From 14th to 16th, August, 2018, Sand dredge manufacturer Ocean Pump ushered in the second phase of the audit by the experts from Beijing CIC Inspection & Certification Co.,Ltd. The audit consisted quality management, environmental management and occupational health and safety management system certification. According to the review procedure, the first meeting of the second-stage audit was held in the factory conference room at 8:30 on 14th, August. Three experts of audit team, the principals in various departments of factory , and representatives participated in the audit work attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Mr. Yang who is the audit team leader, Mr. Xu who is the general manager of sand dredge manufacturer Ocean Pump attended the meeting.
Mr. Xu expressed warm welcome to the experts’ coming. Mr. Xu hoped that the experts would give more valuable opinions, care and guidance, and promote the more standardized procedures and better system of our dredger factory under the national standard system. Better and better prospects for development.
In the previous first audit phase, all the staff of the factory learned the national standards of the People’s Republic of China management system, established factory procedures documents and quality manuals, prepared relevant materials. After these works was approved by the experts, the audit came to the second phase.
During the two and a half days audit, the experts carried out strict audit in our material procurement, products design and development, production process, production site, production quality control and so on through the methods of comprehensive coverage, reasonable sampling, systematic analysis, and comprehensive evaluation. At the same time, they gave us valuable suggests on the weakness of various departments of the factory.
At 11:00 am on 16th, August,2018, the final audit meeting was conducted as planned. On the meeting, the audit team read out the audit results: “the audit team believes that the management system of sand dredge manufacturer Tai’an OCEAN Pump Co., Ltd. is effective, the products quality meets the requirements, the after-sales service is satisfactory, the relevant information is sufficient, all of the phases meet the certification standards and relevant certification requirements. The audit team recommends registration.” At the same time, the audit team proposed seven questions that need to be completed within 30 working days. After finishing the rectification, On 28th, September, our company submitted the report. Then the audit team approved it and issued us three relevant system certifications: environmental management system certification, occupational health and safety management system certification, and quality management system certification.
