The mining dredge is composed of the floating body, sand bucket, screening machine, magnetic separator, tailing removal system and power system. First of all, the mining dredge must work on the water surface, so the floating body made of steel plate is required. Due to the different depths of sand dredging, the width and length of the floating body also have corresponding size requirements. In order to increase the stability of the mining dredge, there needs to be a certain distance between the two floating bodies. Because the particle diameter of the sand is different, in order to protect the magnetic separator, the sand dug up with the sand bucket must be sieved. The magnetic separation system mainly consists of magnetic separator, washing and selection system. The magnetic table strength of the magnetic separator equipped with the iron ore dressing machine generally reaches 3800-4500 Gauss, and the specification is 750*2200-2400. Only in this way can the highest net selection rate be achieved. The function of washing is to improve the grade of wool iron powder, which can be freely adjusted between 30-45. The function of the tailing sand removal system is to discharge the tailing to a place far away from the mining dredge to ensure that the sand dredger can work normally. Generally, there are three types of self-flow type, conveyor belt type, and sand pump type. Of course, the model is selected according to the specific environment of the river.
The operation steps are as follows.
A. Before starting the mining dredge, check the transmission system and the oil of the sand dredger machinery, then start the diesel engine that pulls the conveyor belt behind, open the clutch, start the diesel engine, slowly loosen the clutch, and adjust the speed to normal.Then start the diesel engine that drives the chain bucket in front.
B. After the two diesel engines are started, adjust the speed to the required speed, then release the brake of the boom and slowly put it down. When the sand in the hopper is more than 2 / 3, stop lowering, and then lower the boom when it reaches 1 / 3. When the boom is at a 45-degree angle to the water surface (that is, about 5 meters), the boom should be stopped. At this time, the sand amount in the hopper is controlled by traction, the sand amount in the bucket should be checked when moving forward, the forward and backward should be flexible. If the sand layer collapses, the traction rope should be loosened when the mechanical work is difficult or cannot be pulled, so that the mining dredge can move backwards until it can dig. If there are large rocks or mud layer underwater, the hull will vibrate violently. At this time, the dredging boom should be lifted immediately to avoid obstacles before proceeding.
C. The following points should be paid attention to when working.
The new mining dredge or the machinery after overhaul should be run in for 24 hours before normal operation.
- Move forward and backward and lift the boom according to the geographical situation. The movements should be flexible. If there are large stones and mud in the hopper, it must be cleaned up.
- Always check that the chain screws, pins and all fixing point fasteners of the transmission system to ensure they are firm.
D. When stopping, the sand in the hopper should be less than 1/2, and the boom should be lifted slowly until the underwater four-corner wheel emerges from the water surface.There is no sand in the hopper, then stop the front diesel engine, and then stop the rear diesel engine.
E. In case of strong wind (level 5 or above), the mining dredge should be shut down temporarily to avoid failure, and the mining dredge should be shut down when overhauling or replacing parts to avoid personal injury or death.
F. Maintenance: During use, the screws of various parts should be checked frequently, and lubricating oil should be frequently added for maintenance. In particular, the hopper screws, chain pins, the four-corner wheel on the water and the docking plate of the 500 reducer must be well tightened. Underwater four-corner wheels should be frequently filled with butter and lubricating oil. During flood season or shutdown, the mining dredge should be fixed firmly to prevent the sand dredge boat from being washed away or causing undue losses.
To ensure personal safety, the following points must be noted.
A. Persons under the age of eighteen and over the age of fifty are not allowed to operate or maintain this mining dredge.
B. It is strictly forbidden to operate this series of mining dredge without professional training or after drinking.
C. When overhauling the mining dredge, all machinery must be stopped before proceeding.
