The whole dredging system includes ehe master dredger, transporter and pusher.
Master Dredger
The master dredger is including
– 2 set diesel engine driven 2 set sand pump
-2 set small diesel engine driven 2 set high pressure water jet pump
-Sand Suction Head
-2 set winches for list the sand suction hose
-some rubber hose for sand suction and sand discharge
The main function of master dredger is using high pressure water jet the sand and then using dredge pump to dredge the sand to transporters. So it can dredge up for max 20m.
Transporters
The transporters includes:
– Motor-Powered reducer
-Propeller driven by diesel engine
-Dredger hull with hopper
-Bottom doors
The main function of transporter is to put the sand from master dredger to transporter and let water flows and sand stay, and then the transporter move by propeller to shallow water to open the bottom door, and unloading the sand.
The sand pump is made of high chrome alloy material with good performance for wear resistance .
Pushers
Pusher includes
– 1 set diesel engine driven the sand pump
-1 set small diesel engine the water pump
-1 set winch driven by diesel engine
-some rubber hose for sand suction and discharge
-Dredger hull as platform
The function of pusher is to suck the sand from transporter to stockpile that is in shallow place.
The sand can be discharged from 100m to 5Km with the master dredger, transporter and pusher as a system. The sand out put capacity is high, and the transporter capacity is from 50 to 70 m3, the sand transfer capacity is limited, so need many transporters to work together with the master dredger.
