Normally we use two kind of container such as 2o feet and 40 feet container for the delivery. Because the container width is 2.3m, which makes it easy to load container. The width of this dredger can not exceed the 2.3m, but width of 10 inch portable dredger is exceed 4.2m. The sand dredger can be dissembled into three parts, the central dredger hull is 2.2m and side pontoon with 1m is 2 pcs.
Second, the safe loading
The mechanical parts like pump, engine or dredger hull, are heavy to lift or carry. They needed the wheel-loader and overhead crane to work together during the container loading. The operations should pay more attention to the details .
Third, the efficiently usage
The 40 feet container can load the portable dredging equipment with 180m or 200m discharge pipe and some floaters. There is no enough space for the spare parts, and if another container is added, it will cost customer lots of sea freight, so we make some doors in the side pontoon to put some floater, tools, bolts and screw and the pump parts to use the whole container place efficiently .
