Main Components of Small River Sand Suction Dredger
The river small sand suction dredger includes dredger body, sand suction pump, sand pump diesel engine, jet water pump, jet water pump diesel engine, rubber hose, winch, discharge pipe, floater and other equipment such as battery, frames, steel wire rope, hosting hook, suction head, the sand dredger necessary accessories, etc. The main components are as followed.
- Wear resistant chrome alloy sand pump is driven by powerful diesel engine with sand output 80-120m3/h.
- High pressure water pump driven by the diesel engine to flush the water and sand up for easy pumping.
- Water suction head is to prevent the big particle enter the sand suction hose and protect the pump in safe operation.
- Floating pontoon is made with 6mm steel plate and 4 layers of protects against rust and corrosion coating.
- The winch is applied to lift up and down the sand suction hose and suction head.
- The mixed sand and water were pumped to destination place through discharge pipe.
