1. General Description of OCEAN PUMP Sand Dredger:

Sand suction dredger is the dredge machinery designed by OCEAN PUMP for river sand sucking and pumping operation. The 10 inch river sand suction dredger is light and easy to operate. Therefore it needs only small investment and will get quick return  This dredger is especially suitable for small river. Lakes, offshore sand pumping and fishponds dredging is prefered.

2. Philippines Customer Requirments:

Philippine customers came to visit our factory in early December 2017. They planned to purchase the 10 inch sand suction dredger mainly for river sand pumping. In particular they wanted the sand flow capacity of to reach 100 cubic meters per hour. Their sand source conditions are good and far from the delivery, the longest delivery distance is about 200 meters. Especially customers knows very well about the small sand pump. Generally we have stock of the pump in our factory. Soon they came to visit our factory and learned a lot about the 10 inch sand suction dredger. Also, they learned specific drawings and configuration.Followed by finalized the purchase contract.

• Use: use with wire rope to lift rubber hose up and down

3.2.4 HDPE pipe:

• Material: it is made of high density polyethylene in addition with a small amount of antioxidants, anti-UV absorbent and pigments.

3.2.5 Floaters:

• Use: pipeline offshore dredging, 2 pieces make up one pair, 3 pairs of floaters for each 10 meter pipeline

• Battery, frames, steel wire rope, hosting hook, suction head, the sand dredger necessary accessories, etc.

4. Order Processing:

After signed the contract, our customer pay off the money next day. Soon about 15 days later, our customers pick up the 10 inch sand suction dredger and installed. Finally it has been successfully run about 30 days. The sand pumping effect is good. Later our client sent us the pump working video and also  some valuable suggestions. Above all we took that as basis consider of technology upgrade which laid a good foundation for improving our products.
