Matters needing attention during construction:

The excess width should not jeopardize the safety of the buildings that are protected, already protected and along the shore.
The water level scale should be set up according to the standard accuracy, the measuring indicator scale should be calibrated regularly and the lowering depth of reamer and mud bucket should be adjusted to make the river bottom elevation of excavation conform to the design. Undercut and extra depth should be within allowable limits. At the same time, the ultra-depth within 1/4 of the bottom width (no more than 10M) of the bottom line on both sides of the river bottom should be strictly controlled, which should not affect the stability of the bank slope.
