Case study: The shallow sea dredging project in Singapore was officially launched
Background and requirements: The client is a large sand mining company based in Singapore. The purpose of sand mining is to provide different kinds of sand for countries around the world. After obtaining the sand mining license, the customer found TAI’AN OCEAN PUMP Co., Ltd. and provided the current demand. Sand should be pumped in the shallow sea with a depth of about 10 meters and discharged to the sand making plant 1000 meters away. The amount of sand discharged should not be less than 1000m3/h per hour.
Solutions:
In order to improve the efficiency of sand pumping, we suggest the customer to run three Sand Dredger Mining Equipment at the same time, with each Sand Dredger Mining Equipment discharging 350m3/h of sand and discharging it to a sand plant 1000 meters away through the HDPE pipeline.
According to the sand report provided by the customer, the sand belongs to the coarse sand, so, for the customer to choose supporting the sand and gravel pump in the Sand Dredger Mining Equipment.
