The pond depth is about 5-6 meters, the vertical distance from water surface to destination is around 3-5 meters, the delivery distance is less than 60 meters. According to these information, we recommended submersible dredger pump, also called submersible slurry pump, with two sets of side cutters to improve their work efficiency. However, our customer told us there was geomembrane at the bottom of the pond, they afraid the pump cutters will damage the geomembrane.
After our technicians discussion, we adjusted the submersible dredger pump design to satisfy this working condition. We reengineered the side agitators on the same level with submersible dredger pump bottom. Our customer is responsible to operate the submersible slurry pump above the hdpe geomembrane liner.
