Main Components of Submersible Sand Pumping Dredger
The submersible sand pumping dredger includes dredger body, submersible sand pump, variable-frequency control cabinet, generator set, roller,electric hoist, rubber hose, winch, discharge pipe, floater and other equipment such as battery, frames, steel wire rope, hosting hook, the sand dredger necessary accessories, etc. The main components are as followed.
1.Wear resistant chrome alloy submersible sand pump is driven by powerful electric motor with sand output 25-30m3/h.
2.The submersible sand pump vertically submerged under water and driven by electric.
3.Bottom holes are to prevent the big particle enter the pump case and protect the pump in safe operation.
4.Floating pontoon is made with 6 mm steel plate and 4 layers of protects against rust and corrosion coating.
5.The electric hoist is applied to lift up and down the submersible sand pump, it uses a remote control to regulate the up and down of the pump, it is easy to operate.
6.The frequency conversion control cabinet is used to control the start and stop of the submersible sand pump, also can protect the pump motor.
7.The mixed sand and water were pumped to destination place through discharge pipe.
