In October 2021, we customized a 4 inch submersible slurry dredger for a Philippine customer to clean up the sand and silt deposited in the local lagoon. Our customer was very satisfied with the submersible slurry dredger which helped them a lot.
A customer in Malaysia was very interested after seeing our promotional video. He contacted us and said that he would like to buy one to clean up his reservoir silt. The main reason is that our 4 inch submersible slurry dredger is easy to operate, transport and install.
Different from the Philippine customer, the Malaysian customer wanted to add two sand suction rubber pipes, so that he could change the dredging position at any time and reduce the workload. The working flow is 100 cubic meters per hour, and the silt is sent to the shore, and the distance is about 150 meters. Finally, he let us provide a set of pump accessories, pump casing and impeller, which is convenient for later use.
After confirming about our payment terms and delivery time, the customer in Malaysia quickly paid the deposit, and we arranged to purchase the generator set immediately after receiving the deposit, in order to deliver the customer on time.
After 15 days of production, we sent a complete test video of submersible slurry dredger to the customer on time. At the same time, we prepared the packing list and accessories details, and the customer arranged the balance payment smoothly.
Because the ocean freight is always changing this year, we told the forwarder the approximate delivery date in advance, and they have arranged a 20 foot container for us in advance for the month. Now we do not worry about the shipment, and finally the goods arrived in Malaysia.
